This document briefly describes updates to versions of Telmap5 released to the Telmap User Group

V5.4
This new version has just been uploaded to our download site.
It includes:
1. Full language support across all platforms – English/French/Italian/German/Hebrew/Russian.
2. New Features like 'Find my car' and 'Social networks' (Facebook & Twitter.
3. Enhanced nearby experience with known brands such as McDonalds , Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Subway…
4. Premium content from various providers per country, e.g. 'Wozzon' event guide in UK, 'Velib' bicycle locations in Paris, 'Rest' restaurant guide in Israel etc...
**Few thing though -
- Branded icons may appear on application screen but may not be active for real data - it is there to present general capabilities of the application for presale purposes.
- Adds may appear on the screen, however those are 'dummy' ads.
- Support in US & Canada is not full. you may find yourself looking for place in those areas, however no data will be found.

BlackBerry 9800 V5.25.37
This new version has just been uploaded to our download site.
It does not contain any real feature enhancements - but mainly internal bug fixes.
One thing though - the Twitter widget icon in the carousel is now the right size.
Please note that the issue with advertising is still there - see below.

BlackBerry 9800
This is an early beta version.
It is stable on the whole, however needs some graphics work. For example, you will notice that the twitter widget icon is too large.
It displays advertising as a proof of concept - but the ads are not real, they are just sample placeholders.
NOTE: There is a known issue with Advertising
If an ad is showing while the search box is open and you type the letter "R" it pops up the full page ad so you can't search
Workaround 1
Just wait for the ads to disappear - normally takes about 30 seconds
Workaround 2
If an ad is displaying with the search box open - go to My Places and select a location from there.
That will usually make the ads go away.

Android V5.25.03
This is the first release of the Telmap5 touch interface to the User Group.
We are especially interested to hear your feedback on User Interface issues related to visual appearance and application flow.
